7-day free trial

You are not charged anything during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.

Refunds

If we charge you and you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the charge. Adding the 7-day free trial, you have 14 days in total from the day you sign up to decide whether Nestpulse is right for you. Write to us at the contact email with the email address of your account. Refunds are paid back to the same payment method you used, and how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel whenever you like. You will not be charged again and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Billing errors

If you see a charge that doesn't look right, write to us and we will look into it right away.
