Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Nestpulse (the “service”), a web app for organizing the weekly menu, grocery list, calendar and chores for your kids. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. The service
Nestpulse lets you plan menus and shopping lists, keep track of appointments and activities, receive alerts on your phone, and use bedtime support tools. It is an organizing tool: it does not provide medical, nutritional or psychological advice. If you have any concern about your children's health, consult a professional.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your password secure. You enter your children's information yourself, as their parent or guardian.
3. Free trial and pricing
- When you sign up you can try Nestpulse free for 7 days. You can cancel at any time during the trial.
- There are two plans, both with every feature included: US$9.99 per month or US$69 per year.
- When the trial ends, your subscription becomes a paid one and renews automatically, every month or every year depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Nestpulse does not store your card details.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, from the app or by writing to us. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Please also read our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with how the service works.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a significant change to the price or to these terms, we will let you know in advance.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Nestpulse is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, for example an alert that does not arrive on time. We recommend that you do not rely solely on alerts for high-stakes appointments.
9. Personal data
We handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
